Clinova is a comprehensive clinic management system that integrates CRM functionality with a patient portal. We provide tools for appointment scheduling, patient records management, billing, and other clinic operations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Clinova, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Subscription and Payment

Clinova operates on a subscription basis. Payment terms are outlined in your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into Clinova. We do not claim ownership of your patient records, clinic data, or any other information you store in our system. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime as outlined in our SLA. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clinova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
